I’m a great believer in the power of positive thinking, but unfortunately not so great at practicing it. As part of my campaign to be more positive, I decided to start a Book of Positivity. I keep it at my desk at work, and write down positive thoughts, affirmations and quotes as they occur to me. Then, when I’m having a crappy day, I look back, and feel better! Plus it provides a nice creative outlet when I’m stressed at work!
